I sent a fax on 5/9, today is 5/21. How can I view it?

I sent a fax on 5/9, today is 5/21 and can only view faxes sent for the last week. Where can I view a copy of this fax? I read on another thread that we can view them for 30 days.

You can view your recent Sent/Received faxes here:

You can also view them via your Online Portal. Do keep in mind our Message Storage and Account Data Retention policy :)
