Receptionist needs someway of showing she is on the phone

Our receptionist uses a headset and people walk up and start talking to her while she is on the phone listening to a caller. Is there some type of device that can show that she is on the phone so this doesnt happen?

You may want to take a look at an attendant console. Bridge Operator Console provides these features for users, and is designed for front desk works, making it superior to a desk phone.
