Web Cam Stopped Working with RingCentral

We had been using an AUDSOM AW615 webcam for video meetings and all of a sudden it stopped working with Ring Central, but still works will all other video chat/meeting software. Wondering why a camera that formerly worked with your software all of a sudden would stop but still works with everyone else?

I have this issue as well! Has happened many times this year.

Hey Jennifer, 

It doesn't look like our Community members have seen this happen before :( I would recommend opening a case with our Technical Support team just to make sure everything is set up correctly!
