hello, trying to get approval for my company to use ring central however we will need to be able to disable the download feature for the faxes and voicemails. will this be an added feature in the upcoming updates?

You can enable HIPAA compliance on an account. https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/6459?language=en_US
