Cannot find compatible headsets for VVX 450
YA, I intercom everyone before I send a call.(well till now) I need that feature back just trying to figure out how. As of now I cant intercom anyone.
The Intercom feature is controlled in the Deskphone provisioning firmware. Contact your RingCentral support to request assist with getting that re-enabled in your firmware on the actual deskphones.
Is that something done in the admin portal? And how do you do that.

No it is not, I am not sure if it has to do with other peoples phones , how this system is set up or what. I am unsure.

The Intercom is a feature of the actual Polycom phone hardware and how it is, or is not, provisioned, not the headset. Any headset you are using with your Polycom phone can provide listening and speaking service - but usually not the extended features.
