Using PTZ Optics camera with both SDI and HDMI outputs running to an internal DecLink card. But no video in the RingCentral Meetings app. I can see the video just fine in the DecLink included video application. But it won't work in RC Mettings.

Hi Allan, 

If the camera is running to an internal DecLink card, it most likely won't work. Can you test your camera with another program like Skype and see if it works there? I'm thinking this is a hardware issue.
