No Existing Numbers for Shared Lines

I am trying to set up a shared lines group. When it asks me to select an existing number or add a new number, it says "no existing numbers found". I have 4 numbers and each number has an assigned phone that is provisioned with Ring Central. I have the premium account.

Hmmm....I'd check with Tech Support to see what's going on with that
