If it's one app why then?

If it's only one app for all communications why should I need to keep the RC phone app on my cell to make and receive calls? I don't want to use the GLIP/ RingCentral app and a headset in my office. The only option in that app says if it's turned off that i have to use the RC App to make or take calls. Is that still the case?

Hey Chris, like I mentioned in another thread, we're only retiring the RingCentral Phone Mobile app right now. The desktop app of the RC Phone will still be available right now until our Product Team closes the feature parity gaps

Multiple apps, passwords and logins is just the worst.
