Fax receipt error where the recipient has changed but the physical location.

Fax receipt error where the recipient has not changed the fax number, but the physical location of the faxes in their office. All RC faxes to these numbers are not being received. Please help!

Hey Phoebe, you'll want to call into Tech Support so that they can look into what's going on: 888-898-4591, Option 3
