No sound - speakers are active on PC and in Ring

I see the message was 40 secs in length, but no sound. Speakers are turned on, RC sound is at max.

Yes the transcription feature is turned on.  The call was transferred from our main # to my phone.

Dead Air - the fear or all radio stations and incoming calls.

Do you have voicemail transcription on your account and enabled? If so, did the email with the message or does the voicemail in RingCentral Phone show the transcription? Could just be that the caller did not hang up and it's just dead air.
