Glip Teams not sticking

Hi. We use Glip Teams for our Tech Support team. However, we have different techs on rotation every day and techs leave the team at the end of the day and rejoin in the morning if they were scheduled. We noticed that the Teams name is not sticking on the left panel once you leave the team. You always have to search for the team and join in the morning.

Is there a way to bookmark it or save it in the panel so you can easily join the team in the morning?

Hello Michelle!

If the person left the team it will not be sticking on our Team Panel regardless if you add it on your favorites. That would be normal behavior of our RingCentral unified app.

I would suggest creating a public team, so that they can leave or join without the admins consent, they will automatically join your public group.

They would just look for the team name on the search field and that team will ask them to join the public team that you created.
