is there a united state contact phone number for service questions on my phone? I'm not getting very good help and having reception issues with out of the country tech help. Their phones sound very garbled and am loosing half the conversation because the connection is poor.

I tend to reach out to my original sales person for escalation. It's difficult to find an experienced telecom VOIP support agent.
