This is kenneth Stillwagner here and my ringcentral phone number is 1800-514-5088 and my email id is directvdealer786@gmail.com i need an old version of messages feature on ringcentral. your representative she said when you try to send to 10 receipient that will go as group message but if you send more than 11 receipient it wont go as a group it will be send individually . but i want my message to be send individually even if i am sending to more than 11 receipient thats the way i keep a track of all my customer. i dont want new version of messaging kindly do it as a old version.
