Multiple Ungrouped Extensions Receiving the same Incoming Call

I have two separate phones with two separate extensions, one Extension 102, the other extension 105. These two extensions are not in a group, yet when I receive calls specifically for Extension 102, I also get the call to Extension 105, and will only stop ringing when I pick up the call for Extension 102. Is there a fix to this?

Hi Stephanie, the reason for this is possibly because Extension 102 is one of Extension 105 presence members and the feature "Ring my phone when any user I am monitoring rings" is enabled. As an admin, you can change this settings using this KB Article link https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/How-to-set-up-Presence-permissions-for-your-own-line?language=en_US, then follow item number 12.
