I would like to see if someone can add to the excel report that pulls from the user information from the 'download user list' on the ring central admin site.

Is this possible

The report I needed/asked for the addition to the 'download user list' was following these steps:

'you can see what users are being recorded

Phone System\Auto Receptionist\General Settings\

Expand out the call recording section
Click on the EDIT button under EXTENSIONS TO RECORD'

What is the user information download you referred to? You can download call recordings together with the call metadata from the call log download.
