Using RingCentral Phone via RDP

Has anyone deployed RingCental Phone via MS RDP? We are attempting to do this so desk phone users can use the ring out feature.. The problem we face is we get an error message saying the software is in use once one person using the application.

Hello @Julian Holdstock, we do apologize. We do not support RingCentral Phone via MS RDP. I also encourage you to post this through our IDEA portal, and we'll share this with our Product Manager. Thanks for your patience in this matter.
