More line appearances on phone

Our receptionist can only have 2 presence keys for her extension on the phone. She needs to be able to have more than 2 incoming calls at a time. Requesting to be able more presence keys for the user's own extension.

@Elizabeth Woehr With a deskphone, it's entirely dependent on the model of phone you have. There are options to use a sidecar device which will allow you more lines.
We might recommend reaching out to your account manager to coordinate a new phone or accompanying device to assist.
