Outbound callerID not showing up

When making outbound calls from my direct extension the callerID doesn't populate with our company name. I have our company name setup on our admin account for the callerID field. I am aware that the callerID should not show up when calling from our Toll-Free number. Not sure why it doesn't display when dialing from a direct extension when calling outbound.

What is the id it shows when you call? There are different limitations and issues for outbound caller id you can check here. If everything is as per protocol and still you are facing issues then you can check with RingCentral support for further assistance and they will help you in investigating the issue.
