JIRA Integration not working

I have completed the instructions however there does not seem to be any tickets that are triggering the interface. Are there somethings i can look at?

We are using hooks.glip.com/webhook

Hi Gerald,

There are a couple different JIRA integrations. Which one are you referring to?
