WebRTC issue making inbound and outbound calls from browser

we see that the WebRTC client is regsistered but is not able to make outbound calls and am getting the error as shown. any pointers to resolve the issue? 1612541206262.png

Thanks all, we fixed the issue via adding a DL.

Can you provide the console logs ? Also , what extension are you trying to login as. If you could also provide the screenshot of /sip-provision respone that would be useful

Open Developer Console - > Network Tab - > (reload the page) -> check for /sip-provison api response
