Text to Speech Third Party

Does anyone have success with a high quality third party Text-to-Speech Engine? I have tried IBM Watson in Beta mode. It was excellent and now it is gone. I need something simple, quick and prefer it free. I cannot find anything. Help appreciated.

I saw that IBM Watson beta TTS changed to a login and password. I filled out all the info. There was no place to enter text, listen and download. This change happened about 3 weeks ago.

Where did you get the info that IBM Watson Text to Speech is gone? I am still using it.
