MET-106 Error Code

My app recently starting getting many errors with errorCode MET-106.

I am unable to find any documentation or explanation of this error code.

If anyone knows what this means, it would be helpful to help debug.

Some additional information: We only receive that error code during certain hours (roughly 8am PST - 4pm PST). In the late afternoon and overnight, the same exact calls that fail with MET-106 during the "working" day start suceeding.

Yes, we've been contacting devsupport@ringcentral.com since 3/3, as well as reaching out to our account manager with very limited response.

If you have the ability to help, we'd be very appreciative.

This is what the engineer detected and suspected.

It seems the user had exceeded the create meeting API limit for a particular user. The limit is set to 500 API call create meeting API calls per day.


Can you please check if you can create meetings now or after a day?

Hi @Phong Vu - I was reading your useful article on API Limits, which all makes perfect sense.

However, in the above answer are you saying that in addition to the rate limits associated to the usage plan, there are also overarching limits that dictate the total calls permitted to a given API in a 24 hour period? Or have I misunderstood?
