glip.devtest.ringcentral.com is down?

Trying to access https://glip.devtest.ringcentral.com and it is getting 404'd?

Trying to access that because when making glip calls it says "Company associated with RC account is not found", I remember I need to sign in there to have the calls work, but it isn't letting me there on multiple machines.

You're probably right, I can now get to the login screen, but after logging in it spins for a long time then gives me "Sorry, something went wrong on our end and we weren't able to sign you in."
