Why am I getting a 503 status code when I am trying to create a meeting by calling the API?

I have an app with production state and using it to call API to create a meeting, but its response is 503 status code with the message "Cannot create meeting. Reason : [Provider internal error]". Please help me.

You should submit a help support ticket. Please provide your account info so someone can help check if your production account is configured for RingCentral Meeting. We are migrating our service from RC Meeting to RingCentral Video and your account could be in the situation that it is configured for RC Video.
