Couldn't make calls via Sandbox environment

We tried several times to take calls from the sandbox environment. We can set up extensions but we couldn't able to activate those numbers(It didn't receive an email to any user email address). Is there any way to test this using a free developer account?

Thanks for your quick response on this, +14243162187 is the Primary number for the sandbox environment.

Didn't receive any email to any of the above users. this is our https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com/application/users/users/default dev-test environment.

I will notify the team again. They told me that it's fixed but it seems not.

Can you temporarily test only with your 101 extension? The default 101 extension has it's own digital line (xxx) xxx-3442. Make a call from your mobile number to that number or vice verse should work. But yes, I will try my best to urge the team fixing it.

I highly appreciate your willingness to help with this fixing. I have tested and It works fine without any issue with the mobile number. I will be doing another testing between two extensions once that is fixed.
