Can use the automation call recording feature on production environment without setting on sandbox?

I want to automatic call recording in my production environment.

On sandbox environment has no EditAccount Permission, So I can't set up automatic call recording.

Is there any way to use the automatic call recording?

I think that feature is there in production env and you need to enable it:

Sandbox account will not have that feature and I have not seen it there.
