Why does the call log API not return same data as my performance report?

Issue: You’ve noticed a mismatch between the data returned by the Call Log API and the information shown in the Analytics Performance Report. Specifically, there are discrepancies in the duration of total call time, IVR, talk time, and missing data such as queue time and hold time. Additionally, there is no tie to transferred calls. Explanation: The Analytics Performance Report application does not rely heavily on the platform APIs to gather and calculate the data displayed. It uses internal processing mechanisms that are not accessible via API. Unfortunately, there is no available API to retrieve either the processed or raw data used for the performance report. Hubspot connection with RingCentral

It seems that some updates have been pushed out recently regarding the Hubspot/RingCentral connection. Anyone have any kind of documentation on best practices for setup? I like how they moved the dialing window to be housed within RingCentral directly but our teams are encountering what seems to be a lot of bugs. Can anyone help? Also looking for some kind of documentation on what has been updated in the latest release.

Ring Central add in to Pipedrive

When using RingCentral add in to Pipe drive I am able to see when we make calls out in the log. However when we have incoming calls it is not showing up in the log.

Random Errors Rejecting and Dropping Call Sessions

I’m building a service that receives call events via a RingCentral webhook subscription, checks all of the numbers against a fraud service we use, and rejects/drops the call if any participant is deemed suspicious. So far, everything works fine with my cell phone, which I’ve rigged to always return suspicious, but during live testing, I get several errors like AGW-404 and TAS-106. Attached is my log output, which includes details from the Webhook and responses when trying to drop/reject the call. According to the call logs, the call listed in the attached log was accepted and lasted almost a minute before terminating normally.

Implementing Server-to-Client Call Transfer

I'm implementing a RingCentral integration that requires starting calls from a server-side application and later transferring those active calls to a client-side web application. Specifically: I use the server-side softphone JS implementation (ringcentral-softphone-js) to initiate outbound calls When needed, I want to transfer the active call to a WebPhone instance running in a React client application My research indicates RingCentral has a built-in "Switch call to this device" feature, which appears to accomplish this type of transfer using SIP protocol mechanisms rather than the REST API.
