Error code CMN-101, message: Parameter [phoneNumber] value is inval

I have tried calling the Call-Out API with the body parameters, but I keep getting the same error every time.I have attached my code snippet and the response for reference. I also tried using the deviceId (the relevant line is commented in the code), but the issue persists.This is my code This is response Also checked in the documentation for this API but it is saying try with deviceId and tried with the deviceId then it will gives error for deviceId parameter value is inval.My goal is to call the API using the from and to numbers. Could you please review and let me know why this gives me error this ?Thanks.

getting AI Transcript and Summary using RingSense API

RC WebRTC / Programmable Voice Expert

We currently operate a CRM platform built on Twilio Programmable Voice, and we’re exploring an iteration where users with RingCentral accounts could log in with their RC credentials and operate through WebRTC. Using RC App Connect isn’t an option for us, as we need to keep our existing CRM functionality intact.Our current dev team is having difficulty sourcing someone with deep knowledge of RingCentral APIs/WebRTC and how best to implement this.Does anyone here know of a developer or team with this expertise who might be available to assist or contract with us on this integration?Thank you in advance for any direction or referrals!

Can I assign a RingEX License through the API

I am trying to automate onboarding new employees to my company via the API and all users in a certain department require a RingEX License, but I can’t find any documentation on how to create a user with this license or assign it to them after the account is created. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Webhook payload - not getting 2nd payload / blank Summary field

Hello! I am new to RingCentral and was hoping to get some help with this situation:I created a Subscription to receive webhook payloads for Ringsense call data.This is what my Subscription filter looks like: "/ai/ringsense/v1/public/accounts/~/domains/pbx/insights"I am successfully receiving webhook payloads, but what I'm struggling with is that sometimes I get one payload and other times I get two, for the same call.I talked with Phong about this, and he told me that you only get a second payload when calls are recorded. My company has turned on recording for ALL calls, so because of that I expect two payloads for EVERY one of our calls. But this is not what I'm seeing.Many of my webhooks never get that second payload. And I've verified in our admin reports that the recordings DO exist for these calls.I also ran into another situation where I DID get a second payload, but neither the first OR second had a Summary field! 200 OK signal when call has not been answered

We have an issue that ring central is sending 200 OK signal right away  even when no one has answered the  call. It’s messing with our call center forwarding. Any idea why RC is sending that signal when the phone hasn't been answered yet. This issue exists  on the call queue and direct line calls.

Business SMS App Questions

Good afternoon! We signed up for RC and got ported over earlier this year around March. We’re now looking at getting Business SMS started for our company and I was looking for some clarification either from experts or people who’ve gone through the process already. Our goal is to integrate RC SMS with our HubSpot account to be able to text our customers appointment reminders/notifications and communicate via text. I’m currently working through the SMS application and have chosen Account Notifications, Customer Care, and Marketing as use cases for our first app. This would allow us to use automated messages to provide updates, confirm appointments, etc. via SMS. However, this prevents us from using the numbers for Conversations (external) for when we’d like to message our customer. For example to explain that a representative is running behind and the appointment will be delayed. I tried to create a 2nd application for Conversational use cases but it’s requiring me to register a new bra

How do I do an Unconditional Forward from one extension to another phone number on the same RC account?

I have users that want to hide their DID and not receive calls on it. When their DID is dialed at any time, phone calls should always route to the main site phone number. But when I setup a custom rule with unconditional forwarding, or setup call forwarding in the user settings, I get an error that says, "Forwarding phone number cannot be the same as your account number or any additional numbers." How do I do an Unconditional Forward from one extension to another phone number on the same RC account?

Ongoing RingCentral Reauthentication Issues within Loxo

Hi Everyone,I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced frequent reauthentication issues with RingCentral (RC) when integrated with Loxo?This has been a recurring issue for us for several months now, and while it seems isolated, it’s been disruptive. We’ve been in touch with Loxo support, but since Loxo and RingCentral don’t have an official integration partnership, the troubleshooting has been somewhat circular without much progress.We’re trying to determine if this could be caused by conflicting or multiple integrations. For context: We use RingCentral for calling and voicemail transcription. We also run Quil.AI inside our CRM (Loxo), which may potentially interact with RC's call logs or data layers. Has anyone dealt with something similar? API call to disconnect MS Teams Connection for users

I setup an API in ringcentral dev that I’m using in a Microsoft Azure Automation runbook to execute an offboarding for a user I specify.  The first step we must complete is toggling the switch off for the MS Teams connection on the user I’ve specified in my automation.  How would I set this up?   I’m using powershell 7.2 for my API call. I’ve got my powershell script executing properly and disabling the user account, but it will not allow me to disconnect MS Teams connection which is what I need done first.

Zapier integration

I'm using Zapier to automate a couple of small things inside RingCentral - the output of the automation is that Zapier uses the native RingCentral integration it has to post a message to the channel.It all works well - one hangs up I have though is that I don't seem to be able to delete messages that the integration posts despite being the team admin.Can I ask if I'm supposed to be able to delete them, or if this is a limitation of the way they interact with Apps inside the service?

Subscription receives multiple endpoint calls with setup code

Hi, I'm doing a nodejs app, that creates a subscription. Once the subscription is set, I make a call and I start receiving multiple calls with code: "Setup". ¿Is this correct? Do you know what these code status means (Setup code is that the client is calling?)Thanks

Softphone Offline & 403 Forbidden Error When Supervising Calls With Supervision Demo

I’ve been trying out the RingCentral Supervision Demo, and I’m not quite able to get it to work. When the app gets to submitting the supervision request and calling /restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions/${inputParams.telSessionId}/parties/${inputParams.partyId}/supervise, it’s not able to work due to a 403 Forbidden error.The supervisor device is a softphone that is an “Existing Phone” device set up manually using SIP. Its status is always offline on the admin panel, no matter whether I’m running the app or not. Is there a way to turn the softphone on?
