Has anyone gotten his working? I’m hoping someone else has run into this because RingCentral support has been completely useless.We’ve been using RingCentral with Google Workspace for over a year. Our contacts sync between RingCentral and Google Contacts without any issues. Then suddenly, starting this week, everything broke.The issueAny time we try to: Create a new contact in RingCentral Edit an existing Google-synced contact We get this error:“Sorry, something went wrong on our end and we weren't able to save the contact. I had a question. Is there a sort order for the messages listed from the message store? Will it automatically show the latest first? I was looking at the docs (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Message-Store/listMessages), but couldn’t find any specific information about it. We are using .NET code to post audio files to the RC system for callers to automatically here when they dial a specific number. In Ring central EX you can do voice mail drops which are great. We are now making our calls through HubSpot using the Ring Central EX connector. We don’t see a way to use a voice mail drop doing it this way.   Are we overlooking something? Or is this a feature that could be requested?

I had some questions about blacklisted webhooks. I tried it on my end, but just wanted to confirm some things.Is there a way to get notified through email or other means that the webhook is blacklisted? It doesn’t seem like there is a way to know aside from making an API call to get the subscription. What happens to the events after the blacklisted webhook becomes active again? Will RingCentral retry sending the events?Thank you.

I have configured an Intune MAM policy and included RingCentral for Intune. I have an app protection policy including RC and all MS apps and have the app added to Intune (RingCentral for Intune > Google Play Store, not Managed Play Store). I’ve configured send org data to other apps is policy managed apps only and telecommunication data out to any dialer app.This is working for me on iPhone, SSO (Azure) authenticates against the Microsoft Authenticator app as broker and the sign in is completed back to RC successfully. On Android however, SSO launches from RC app to Edge Browser (in the MAM policy and Edge is signed in/syncing), some URL’s load it seems as SSO is approved, but it is not sent back to RC app, the login just sits on Edge showing a blank screen with URL https://login.ringcentral.com/api/sso/login? Thanks,

How can you test an API without running against a live environment ?  The API we are creating is to remove users from the RC company account when they have left the business. even though we have a dummy user in the system, there is always a small risk of something going wrong  and lots of accounts being removed by mistake

Are the updates on the roadmap for the softphone for Salesforce? I would love to see all of the IOS RC app features added to the RC for Salesforce app. Can we get some attention to this? 

Is it possible to use Salesforce flow to send SMS messages? I’ve only found info on using the RC API to automate sending SMS and I can’t find any info on using a flow to send an SMS.

My company is new to RC and we have installed RC for Salesforce.  All is working well in the desktop, but click to dial doesn't work in the Salesforce mobile app.  It takes the user out of Salesforce and into the RC mobile app and does not log the call on the Salesforce record.  Also, inbound calls do not attempt to connect with the Salesforce record upon ringing, answering, or call completion.  I feel like we’re missing something in the configuration that connects the user’s Salesforce mobile app to their RC profile.I haven’t been able to find much documentation for admins or users on RC for Salesforce for mobile configuration.

Some of our clients have expressed an interest in utilizing more of the AI capabilities within Ring, with a particular emphasis on wanting call summaries and / or transcriptions. However, they specifically want this information for purposes of an integration.  I’m a bit reluctant to develop functionality through the API as it is still listed as being in Beta, and I don’t want to be writing code that might just suddenly stop working one day. I see that RingEX offers built-in AI Insights, but so far as I am aware those summaries / transcriptions are just within the app and not available for export to an integration via API.  My questions are these: s there any way for RingEX data to be utilized an integration, or is it application-specific? Is there any way to automatically perform AI Insight analysis of call logs via the API, or are we dependent on enabling automatic call log recording, querying the call log API to get

As developer with a “Super Admin” role, and logged in to the developer portal as myself, I created an RC app with JWT authentication.  Our database uses the API to send automated SMS/MMS messages, for which I use the app’s ClientID, ClientSecret, and JWT auth. If I send an SMS “from” a phone number connected to my extension, it gets sent with no problem.  But I’m not the user, just a developer.  If I send with extensionID of “~”, I get error “ "Phone number doesn't belong to extension".  And if I set extensionID to the specific user’s actual extensionID, I get the error message explained by ​@PhongVu’s answer in this older post:But what I don’t understand is HOW to authenticate with the correct extension’s username and password.  Do I have to ex
