Hi RingCentral community,I’m integrating the RingCentral embeddable/web phone widget into our website and using widget postMessage events to save call history.Issue:For an inbound call, if the call popup is open and the user answers from the mobile, I usually receive rc-active-call-notify with:data.call.telephonyStatus === "OnHold" But if the same inbound call is answered from the RingCentral mobile app, the browser widget sometimes receives rc-call-end-notify while:data.call.telephonyStatus is blank/missing or not reliable, and my stored value from rc-active-call-notify is also empty. Hi, Completely new to webhooks but had hit a issue with my code. I have set up a webhook that sends a notification that a new call is presented (This works fine)I then have another Webhook that will tell me the status, the callers number and Handled by, The handled by is where I’m having an issue. Using the “get Company Call Records” and not seeing recipientextensionNumber.  We are attempting to filter calls that route through the AutoReceptionist, then through a user with a specific firstName description.  We want to then “marry” all call legs associated with that single call and then take that session ID and pull that call log into a separate bucket.   We have many different sites in our RingCentral tenant that all have different work hours, so we want to “tag” a call by using a User that has AFTERHOURS in its firstName. Does anyone have any knowledge/experience with integrating RingCentral with ITSM tools?We use Hornbill ITSM which doesn’t have any out-of-the-box integration connectors, but I was hoping we could maybe use APIs to have RingCentral record a call and pass parameters into Hornbill via an API call and have it log an incident/service request in the system?

The URI rcmobile worked for the Ring Central Phone app but does not work for the RC App. Since the RC Phone app is being retired and replaced by the RC App, this rcmobile URI needs to be updated to work correctly with the RC App. This is a critical problem that needs to be addressed. This rcmobile URI allows for third-party apps to call out using Ring Central. Hi, My code is in C#. It is a texting app.  I am assuming that after sending a single SMS message,  I should be able to determine if that single call exceeded the rate limit.  My call to send a SMS message is as follows: var resp = await restClient.Restapi().Account().Extension().Sms().Post(requestBody);Once control returns from the await, how do I obtain the info on whether the rate limit was exceeded?  Is an exception thrown?  Is there a return structure?  Do I have to make another call to read the RateLmit results of above Sms.Post() ?A C# example to get the Rate Limit info of the above call would be very helpful.Thank you,Jim 

Hi Team, I hope you’re all doing well, would anyone know if there is a way to make the Name and Related to fields as mandatory options on the RingCentral Widget on SF? Reason being, we want to force agents to make sure we have agents input a contact name and a case number so that the call summary is added to the right case. Where as today, agents can choose to ignore these and the call summaries go missing.

Good morning, everyone. We need to resolve a Caller ID issue where external phone numbers are not appearing on RingEX.Currently, RingCX correctly displays the caller's actual phone number. However, the moment a call is transferred to RingEX, the Caller ID reverts to "The Union Bank Company." Additionally, any external call made directly to a RingEX user shows the same bank name instead of the caller's number. Our goal is for the original external phone number to be visible on RingEX in all scenarios.If you have time, could you go and vote for this development? Thank you! We have deployed the Ringcentral for Salesforce integration (RingCentral App for Salesforce, version 4.8.3) to a number of our users, and have configured it to automatically log all calls. The problem is that it seems to ignore logging whenever a user calls a person who shares a phone number with any other contact (like when two people are from the same company and their phone numbers both say the company phone number). This is very troubling for us because we are trying to get our users to log everything, and one of the ways we sold this to the users is that phone calls get autologged - but they do not always do so.
