Is anyone experiencing problems with the Notes in Teams integration? Suddenly stopped working for all users in our organization.  

Hello,I am creating a script that will monitor a few extensions for incoming faxes and then based on the extension it comes in to, it will download and move the fax to the appropriate folder. Everything is working well except for my permission to monitor additional extensions. Even with Super Admin permissions, I am only able to monitor an additional extension it seems like. For all others, I get the error code: “SUB-412 — Extension permission [ReadMessages] is missing”Is there anything I may have missed? From other forum posts and questions, it seems like with Super Admin at least I should be able to read the message store of other extensions. My app does have the Read Messages permission in the scope

We are testing the RingCentral embedded app in Microsoft Teams out before making it a company standard. We know many of our employees will have several Ring Central’s open at the same time to work off of.In Teams, we can open Ring Central it’s self out of the Teams app into it’s own window just one time. Will it be possible that can be increased to a few times, to where an employee can pop out Ring Central out of Teams so they can have one being calls, one being the Hud, one being Call history or whatever, so they can have them all available and not have to click back and forth so much or have to click out of Ring Central in Teams to their chat or one drive, and then come back and lose where they were.

I tried naming the field verificationtoken, I tried removing it all together. They’ve had no effect. The documentation doesn’t provide much detail so I’m shooting in the dark.  My goal is to get Fax status updates.

We already have a RingCentral EX integration, and we use the call log API to actually fetch the details of the calls that agents/users dial.  We are trying to build an integration with the RingCentral CX platform since our customer has migrated from EX to CX. I am interested to know what is the particular API through which I can fetch the call recordings done by agents I tried using the API mentioned in the documentation - https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/global-call-type-detail-report. However, using this particular body when invoking the API was giving me an unknown exception.  I tried other APIs as well like the following: 

I require assistance in developing a weekly report that tracks the utilization of licensing on RingCentral. The report should provide a comprehensive overview of our current licensing levels across all instances. Followed the Web Sockets guide and downloaded the Demo Solution. Changed the .env file with the appropriate credentials and on the first line getting this response. I saw the video relating to Web Sockets on the guide which didn’t really help my situation. For some of our users, their RingOut setting in the Salesforce RingCentral pop up does not dial out to their desk phone. If they go to click on a contact within Salesforce, the phone number will autofill to the keypad on the integration pop up but will not dial out anywhere - the green call button can be pressed but it does nothing. We’ve checked that the RingCentral app is up to date, same with the browser and made multiple log in attempts but nothing seems to fix it. Their settings are also identical to other users who are able to dial out without issue. call button is green but does not do anything - it will not call out on the browser, app or desk phone

An incoming call to a RingCentral phone number should be routed to our Next.js application (running server-side with WebSocket support), where the real-time audio media stream should be received. I’m hoping someone else has run into this because RingCentral support has been completely useless.We’ve been using RingCentral with Google Workspace for over a year. Our contacts sync between RingCentral and Google Contacts without any issues.
