Can we enable call recordings to record in Stereo instead of Mono?

Unfortunately, currently we only support mono call recordings. There is a plan to support multi-channel call recordings but I don’t have any ETA about its availability. Meanwhile, you can post your request on the Ideas Portal.

Hi, has this feature been added? We do not see any updates on our end in the API documentation or anywhere.
