So we have automatic call recording on. It has the message when we answer calls, we get the transcripts, but can’t find the actual audio recordings when customers call in. Where can we find these? Thanks

Hello,I am a new registered user since October 9, 2026, under CAC CONSULTING LLC.I need urgent help from a Community Moderator to escalate my TCR registration. My configuration is completely stuck in Draft status, which blocks all critical verification and business SMS messages on my primary line (414) 666-6810.I have already lost two weeks of valuable business time due to initial contract provisioning errors on your end. My corporate website is 100% compliant with all TCR privacy and opt-in/opt-out rules, so there is no reason for this delay.Could a moderator please check my new account and escalate this to the Tier 2 Compliance team immediately?Thank you.

I am still setting up our phone system, and earlier this week I was able to record a few new prompts. I went in this weekend to finish, and none of my microphones will work on Ring Central. I use a Mac. I have all permissions given in system settings, and my microphones work in the system settings, but do not work when I go to record prompts. I have tried the Mac built in Mic, my cell phone, a USB Logitech Mic (that I used earlier this week with no problem) and Bytech USB Mic. The only way I can record is to have RingCentral call my cell phone and then the recording is staticky. I have restarted my computer and the program multiple times. Please help!

I cannot see or view faxes that I have sent

We check our voice mail thorughout the day and right before closing. It will tell us we have not messages. Then the next day we will check it and it will tell us we have a message from days ago. It happened today. It showed a message on the phone and when we checked it was from last friday when the customer left the message. This is something that can cause an issue due to them thinking we are not calling them back.

Hello RingCentral Support,I am reaching out to request an update on my account's verification status. My submission has been showing “Review in Progress” since October 7, 2026, and I have not received any additional updates or requests for information.Could you please provide an update on the review process and let me know if there is anything outstanding that needs my attention?I would also appreciate an estimated timeline for completion, as I would like to move forward with using the service.Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing back.

While logged in and status at ‘Available’, Ringcentral is increasingly dropping to ‘Offline’ with no warning or notification preventing customers to call direct to the Consultant. Any ideas on what may be causing this or tips to rectify any issues?

Hi,I’m new to RingCentral and I bought an HID Jabra Evolve3 85 to pair with my Mac so I could answer and end calls and have more control on the desktop app. However the problem has arisen that I cannot end a call if there is more than one person on the call. I have an AI notetaker app that gets added into a lot of my calls and it’s annoying that I can’t just double tap to end the call. Any advice?

This seems to be different than the topic regarding Live Report status after a warm transfer from several years back.Users report performing a warm transfer to an external number as is their normal workflow, but only in the last few weeks has it occasionally left them “unavailable” and prevented them from receiving more calls until they notice they’re still unavailable. My understanding is that the Live Reports sometimes still shows them as “on a call”, but the user’s application always shows them as “On a call” until they manually make themselves available again.

I updated the Jabra software yesterday. Today, the headset is flashing red and it is emitting a constant ring. I can still use the softphone by using my cellphone instead of the headset, so the phone itself is not affected. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the headset. I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in. I’ve toggled some settings both on Jabra and on RingCentral.

I already walked thru a help chat 2 weeks ago on this issue and it is still happening.  My desk phone rings, i pick it up to answer and it keeps ringing, will never allow me to take the call, then goes to the computer app,  then the app on my cell phone.  I want to only use my desk phone when I’m in office and use the computer app or my cell when I am working remote.  This should be as simple as the press of a button to use my desk phone when I am in office and it’s not.  Any tips for this constantly annoying issue?

I hope I describe this well enough. I have a number used as the main line for our small pharmacy. All calls to that line get transferred to a cloud-based pharmacy IVR system. It’s a standard prescription refill IVR, same as we’ve all used before. The call transfer part is easy. The hard part is that this line also needs to handle faxes because the cloud IVR cannot. A regular queue can do it…..until I forward all calls and then the queue doesn’t handle faxes. A ten-second wait before forwarding works, but that’s a lot of dead time for callers. Two seconds would be perfect, but that’s not an option. I tried adding a dummy member to the queue and forward from there….but then I remembered queue calls can’t be auto forwarded. Ideas?

I joined AIRPROS, an HVAC Contractor, as its CMO. I have never worked with RingCentral.I need to get a solid overview of its capabilities, features, etc. What is the best way to get that. Are there upcoming webinars? Thanks.

Starting today when I opened the Ringcentral app I get a new icon for an unwanted feature showing on the left pane of my ringcentral app. Clicking on the feature I see, not only do I have no interest in this feature, I have to PAY to even enable this feature.I was told no ads in Ringcentral. This is blatantly an add in the app. I can see many people wanting this feature, but this way of pushing it breaks the promise of no ads. Please stop doing this. Please do not do this again. There are already too many buttons on the left hand side.

One of our users has been pushing out trip updates using the SMS Campaign app for the past few days.  Now, both he and I get “service unavailable” notices when we try to log into the app.  I checked all of his privileges in the Ring Central admin portal, and everything looks fine for texting in general.

Currently working from home and my job is to answer incoming calls from clients who call our main line and other extensions, however, my APP does not go off when someone calls. When I look in the app, however, it will show the call came in or have a missed call. I checked all my settings on my phone and desktop app and they are set correctly.

I have park locations setup. When I put a caller on park it will return the caller to the rep that put him there in 5 minutes. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow me to extend that time?

Half of my fleet are experiencing dropped calls while talking to customers. We have confirmed there are no outages in the area. Once the call drops the phone reboots. Is anyone else experiencing this?

On the RC App, we noticed the ability to download the summary/notes of a phone call, but no way to download the actual transcript. Also, when logging into RC via browser as a super admin, we can download all the audio recordings, but cannot download transcripts or summaries. How can we download the actual transcript on the mobile app? How can we download the transcript AND/OR the summary through the browser as super admin?
