how to set up AI receptionist to answer calls only if no one picks up?

In addition to high volume of marketing emails, anyone with notification by email settings are getting a blurb in each and every email notice sent? I opted out of communications in the subscription center just to cut down on the volume from “Joe Fahrner” trying to sell me AIR (and now sending those repetitive emails to other staff!).  Unfortunately, I can’t find a way to remove or opt out the promo copy being appended to notifications by email. The promo text is larger and more prominent than the actual content.AIR fatigue at this point.  

When I did my onboarding, I was told that there were "no rules" (or guidance) for what info can/should be entered into a CSV file to upload to the knowledge hub but even after 2 weeks the AI is not able to correctly respond to information I’ve uploaded to the knowledge hub.

Our AI Receptionist is gathering information from the customers (e.g. name, email) We didn’t ask her to, but that’s what she’s doing.    That information is not being passed along to a human.  I called support and they said the only way to see the information is to log into the portal and go call by call in the call log to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed.According to support there are no integrations (e.g Zapier) for the AI handled called.   This seems to make the whole system useless to me.  With customer information going into a black hole, we will have upset customers who think they left a message but did not receive a response.Amy I mssing something?   Has someone found a solution on how to handle the information gathered?

I’m wanting to copy the settings and all the FAQ’s, knowledge base, Transfer by context settings to a new AIR that i have to create without manually having to go in and recreate all of these on the AIR that I created. Is that a option?

My AI Receptionist is interrupting callers when they are answering questions. This is happening when they are providing their email addresses or explaining why they are calling. The AI Receptionist is also not ending calls after scheduling the appointment. Is there a way to fix these issues? For example, is there a way to have the AI Receptionist ask if there is anything else it can help with and if the caller says no, the AI Receptionist can end the call.

i was told that ai would be able to handle overflow calls, currently all overflow calls are forwarded to my answering service after 20 secs if our secretary is unable to answer. After talking to the ai onboarding tech, he stated it would not work unless i had to purchase an upgraded service. why cant it work as it does currently by forwarding to the ai receptionist after call is not answered in 20 secs?

The AI receptionist, if activated during off-hours and weekend, should not attempt to transfer a caller to another department or person. After the AI assisted the caller, it should just disconnect and end the call.The AI Receptionist should have the ability to automatically send a call transcript, like Ring Central Notes, to an email address specified by an admin so that non-admin users like CSRs can view the calls that they need to call back. The AI Receptionist, after asking all questions in the lead capture, should immediately close the call or disconnect after thanking the caller for answering all questions. Admin should have the ability to modify closing spiel, not just the opening greeting. 

I would like to see more voice options for the receptionist or to be able to control the speed at which the receptionist speaks. 

Want to get my receptionist in production. What would help for all of us:A sandbox to test what we’re building, not at the individual stage level, but in basically a production level sandbox.    The 500 character “prompt” (ie, company description) is way too short. It also may be better used as a traditional system prompt rather than an faq generating action (“You are a helpful knowledgeable and kind assistant for company XYZ… Always use {variables}. Never say {variable}. Do not insert stock phrases like “would you like me to transfer you to X”. Trying to build a capable assistant not a switchboard.    Please provide more information on the knowledge base usage, and how the AI references it.  we can create (some of us have this handy) our own faq; can the knowledge base contain instructions on bot behavior…tone/temperature etc? (More than the options for the default voice and style)? Will growing knowledge bases create significant latency in the AI response? are .md or .xml files usabl
