App Connect

I can not use Facetime with my personal contacts because Ringcentral wont allow it

Hi, I'm considering Loyally’s solution to integrate RingCentral with GoHighLevel for calls and text. Has any one use them or is using them currently? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Major complication and confusing can Loyally/Ringcentral integrate with workflow potential of GHL for the automations? I understand the Loyally/RingCentral integreations works great for 1:1 direct texts

Hello, I am testing out the GoHighLevel (GHL) integration and it almost works. I can click to text or call from GHL and in the RingCentral extension I can see that the GHL contact is linked and they show in the extension log, but I don’t see any messages or calls placed from the extension in the contact’s conversation log in GHL.Here’s the logging settings I have enabled:And here’s the contact showing that the link to GHL is there.

Hello Team,We have an in-house developer team and are wondering if we can handle the integration of the HighLevel platform ourselves. Would we need any special support or guidance from your side? Alternatively, it would be great if you could share any documentation related to the integration process.Looking forward to your response.

- The Chrome extension is installed and calls/texts can be placed normally through it.- Each call shows as "successful" logging within the extension itself.- Nothing appears in the patient/contact's Notes tab in GHL, and nothing shows in GHL Call Reporting either.- We've re-logged in/re-authenticated and tested multiple times with the same result.- This was working previously and stopped without any changes on our end that we're aware of.

Good afternoon, We are having issue with Ring Central App connect extension. When a user uses the extension, texts and calls are not linking back to the correct ID in Bullhorn. For example, when user selected ID 7243402, it went to deleted BH profile "7217101 DELETED". Same for call. We experienced a similar issue in the fall, at which time RingCentral deployed a fix to prevent interactions from linking to deleted or archived records. We removed and reinstalled extension. We did try on another browser but didnt work. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

We have downloaded the latest version of App Connect to be able to integrate with High Level CRM. App Connect prompts for our login/authorization but stalls out and will not open RingCentral .connect, help!!

Hello,We’ve been working with RingCentral Developer Support regarding GHL integration for our practice. The support team informed us that currently the GoHighLevel integration is only available with a paid integration via App Connect. They also shared this link for building an adapter or app:https://appconnect.labs.ringcentral.com/build/Our main questions are: Is the paid App Connect integration currently the only option available? If we choose to develop and publish our own application, what level of support/documentation is available for independent developers? Would using Professional Services or a trusted third-party vendor be the only way to build a reliable adapter at this point? Has anyone in the community successfully implemented a custom GHL–RingCentral integration, and if so, what path did you take? We’re just trying to determine the most cost-effective and reliable way forward for call tracking and CRM integration. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

RingCentral App Connect with Pipedrive as the CRM. Outbound CALLS log to the Pipedrive deal correctly with full detail. Outbound SMS never logs at all — no error message, the message just never appears as an activity on the Pipedrive Person or the Deal. What I've already verified:- "Log SMS conversations automatically" is ON- "Log phone calls automatically" is ON (and calls do log)- Multi-contact match behavior is set to "Prompt to select"- Contact phone numbers are normalized to E.164 (+1XXXXXXXXXX)- Re-authorized the Pipedrive connection- Texts are sent from within App Connect (not the standalone app)Since calls log fine, the connection, auth, and write path clearly work — only SMS fails to log. What would cause SMS specifically to silently not log when calls work? Also: what version of App Connect should I be on, and is there a known SMS-logging issue in recent versions?

Two separate issues with App Connect v1.6.39 on the Pipedrive connector. Account ID 2752252027. Setup: Chrome, RingEX, Super Admin. Preferred device is set to Browser. Verified enabled: AI Assistant (Beta), Auto-start AI Assistant (Beta), Log phone calls automatically, Log SMS conversations automatically, Retroactive call log sync, One-time call logging, Smart summary, Call transcript. ISSUE 1 - AI Assistant fails to auto-start on roughly half of calls Placing a call via click-to-dial from a Pipedrive contact intermittently shows: "Failed to auto start AI assistant, please start it manually after call answered" About a 50% failure rate across 8 consecutive calls in one session, same path and same settings with no changes between attempts. Clicking Start manually after the call is answered works every time, and the notes and transcript then log to Pipedrive correctly. Already ruled out: preferred device is already Browser, all relevant toggles verified on, reproduced with the Chrome deb

While the calls are made using the RC extension, the cal logs are not automatically added in the BullHorn app. My team has to manually enter the logs. RC also automatically disconnects and the recruiter has to reconnect to the RC app.

Prior to late last week, all SMS and Calls made using the RC Pipedrive Integration were automatically logging in the Person & Deal, we usually work out of Deals, now, you it only logs call and sms on the Person, but if you select the Open Call Logging options on the Settings, after each call & SMS we can manually Save it and it will log on the Person and Deal we are working on.   My question is why this synch has now changed recently and if we have to manually save each time we want to log calls and sms?

Hello,My team has been using RingCentral with the Chrome Extension to log calls directly into Pipedrive. The issue is, very often, my team is having to completely uninstall the extension and disconnect from Pipedrive, and reinstall and reconnect everything. I’ve seen people report this in the past. I was just curious if there was anything we could be doing on our side to prevent this from happening, or if there was a fix that could be implemented to prevent this in the future.

ConnectWise is a the most commonly used CRM used by MSPs.  It sure would be great to add CW to the list of CRM’s to integrate with.

We have a fresh batch of updates to share across our Beta and Stable channels—including a quick look back at Beta 1.7.40, which went out recently! Here is everything that’s new, improved, and fixed:Beta Releases (App Connect 2.0 Beta)Beta 1.7.41 New Account-Wide Data Sharing Controls: Admins now have improved controls to manage data shared across the entire account. For example, in Bullhorn, you can now share a list of note actions account-wide. While these values can be pulled directly via a connector, storing and sharing them locally reduces redundant third-party API traffic and speeds up your workflow. Better Voicemail Tracking: Call records where a voicemail was left now include a direct link to the voicemail message/recording. Fixed Timezone Consistency: Fixed a meeting time formatting issue. All times across App Connect are now consistently displayed using your browser’s local timezone settings. Beta 1.7.40 (Unannounced) Enhancement: On the log page, when searching for a conta

We didn’t change any of our setting and yesterday when the App Connect updated to v.1.7.41, immediately contacts in Bullhorn stopped syncing. We get this error message: Error finding contactDetailsPlease check if your account has permission to GET contacts. Please advise. Thank you.

Why is my desktop app sending multiple copies of the same message? It is happening to multiple users.

Every time I open almost anything, a contact, an activity, etc., RingCentral app connect opens and blocks what I’m trying to work on.  How can I limit it to opening only when I want to use it to make a phone call?

Multiple users cant get the Google chrome extension to load up. I’ve Tried:removing and readding extensionclearing chrome cookies and datauninstall main ringcentral app and re install then readd extensionupdating settings, restarting computer, readd extension Is this a known issue or something i maybe missing on my end?

Some of our users are having trouble with the RingCentral App Connect application. Before installing the app, they could use Option + A in order to answer an incoming phone call. However, after it is installed, if the RingCentral App Connect window is opened, the shortcut will not work. We would like to keep the app window open because our sales team uses this app to integrate with PipeDrive, and if the window is closed, the application does not take notes about the call for PD.
