There are a few different reasons this happens, and they call for different fixes. Work through these in order.First, make sure you're looking in the right placeAvailability isn't identical across platforms today:In the ChatGPT plugin marketplace, RingCentral publishes two plugins you can install directly: a RingCentral Phone plugin and a RingCentral Chat plugin. Every other RingCentral MCP server has to be added manually (see the sideloading section below).
