When trying to add the "phone" connector in Claude, I get an error message and cannot proceed.

Ok. We have traced the root cause. Let me begin by stating sincerely how sorry we are for this inconvenience. We hosted a webinar with many attendees, invited them to install a plugin, only to have it not work when trying to connect to the Phone Connector. That is unprofessional and I apologize.
We have traced the root cause and will work to deploy an update in the next 24 hours. In the meantime, I have put together a new RingCentral Claude plugin for people to download and install manually. The Anthropic plugin marketplace is reviewing our latest version and should be out shortly.
