My setup: Laravel webhook route: /ring-central/webhook Ngrok URL: https://photostatic-seemingly-jefferey.ngrok-free.dev Ngrok is forwarding to http://127.0.0.1:8000 Laravel handles GET, POST, and HEAD requests properly.   Thanks in advance!I suspect this may be related to RingCentral reaching free ngrok tunnels. Is there a way to connect Ringcentral to Zoho’s Zia (their AI software)? We currently have Ringcentral connected to Zoho Analytics and we’re tracking call and text data but we want to maximize the tracking and wanted to integrate either Zia or OpenAI to get more detailed analytics.

I am aware that Redtail creates activities to log calls.It has worked fine until today when a particular user seems to be added as an attendee on another users call log.  I have searched everywhere in RingCentral App Connect and Redtail for a setting but can’t find anything to change.To clarify. The attendee is getting an email with the open/closed activity.  When I went into the contact record, there are actually TWO activities, 1 for each attendee.We are stumped.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I have a couple of agents who primarily make outbound calls, each time they complete one they are put back into an Available state, regardless of the state they were in prior to making the call. Is it possible to create an agent state that will remain active while they make outbound calls?

Can someone tell me when the Nice CXone Agent Interface training tutorial for outbound manual calls will be updated to include the new functionality and UI changes?  I believe these changes were in the last release, but the training tutorial has not caught up yet to match.  Please advise.  Thank you!

I would like to set up an SMS auto-reply on our company’s main number, but currently I’m only able to configure automation on my direct line. Could you please help me enable this feature for the main company number?

I received an email that my TCR registration is deleted when i call the customer support they said it is because of fraud and the respective department will explain me why in 48 hours. how could i resolve it If there any any kind of fraud happened from my number i need details so i can justify.please let me know what is way out?

Is it possible to limit which Templates appear in Workflow Builder to the agents.  For Instance, the “SMS keyword auto-reply” template is one I’d like to not have available for any agent to use.  Thanks.

I am trying to stream call from RingCentral CX using gRPC server. Found the following page: https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/using-streaming-nodes-in-ringcx-workflow-studio.html  However, this page does not provide any detailed information regarding the gRPC server implementation. Here we only must provide server address with security credentials. I mainly have three questions:  To implement gRPC server, clients need to know which server function to call. And I don’t see any scope where I can provide “. proto” file or configure the client streaming data through dedicated server function. How can I configure the call stream to find “.proto” schema?  I found a detailed implementation using WebSocket Server (WSS) (https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/workforce/call-streaming/getting-started ). Is there any such working demo which implements a gRPC server?  Once we create a streaming workflow, is it applied to every call for every agent in the company? Or is it

Hi Team, I am trying to filter only incoming calls to account and trying to use “/restapi/v1.0/account/${accountId}/telephony/sessions?direction=Inbound” BUT this is giving both in bound and outbound calls as Inbound in notifications. Example: - when a customer calls an extension account that call is recorded as in bound with TO address as account extension -When we call back customer from account extension it is also recorded as in bound with TO address as customer phone number.  any idea on this issue ?  ThanksMahesh 

I have a non admin user who cannot connect to the ring central app.  I do not have an issue with admin users.  I am not receiving any errors, it just will not connect.

When people call our offices, the voicemail still says 2 ex employees names.  How do I remove them and add myself as one of the people on the list?  I have changed everything to remove them from the phone system.  Their names are no where to be found on the Ring Central app or webpage.

Hi, RingCentral Community!I'm working on integrating RingCentral's API into my application and am currently facing an issue with setting up webhook events and handling RingOut calls.While I can successfully initiate a RingOut call and receive an authentication token, the webhook events for Call Received or Message Received are not being triggered as expected. I have already configured the webhook URL and subscribed to the required events, but I haven't been able to see any webhook logs or event data coming through.Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips or advice on how to troubleshoot webhook event subscriptions, or perhaps additional configurations I might have missed?I’d appreciate any guidance or pointers to get this resolved.Looking forward to hearing from you!

We’ve set up our Archiver to connect to our Box.com account, but I don’t see any setting to indicate where in Box.com the files should be saved, nor do I see anywhere in Box.com that the files are being saved.I do see from the Archive Logs that activities are being saved to Box — we just don’t know where.

I'd like to have some shared voicemail boxes made. My question is: If I have multiple lines feed into a shared voicemail box, will each individual line still receive their own voicemails in their voicemail boxes as well, or does that override it and they all go to that one shared voicemail box?

I want to create an outbound dialer campaign based upon a report in Excel.  How can I import the customer contact information into Ring to implement the outbound dialer campaign?

I’m running into two challenges with App Connect and wanted to check if someone could provide clarity.First, App Connect opens in a separate browser window, while the Chrome extension opens as a seamless slide-out panel within the page. The integrated experience is much more efficient, so I’m wondering if there is a reason App Connect isn’t designed to function the same way.Second, all call notes, call data, call logs, and text logs are being stored only on the Person record instead of the Deal record. Since Pipedrive is an activity-driven CRM and most of the work our team performs happens from within the Deal view, this creates friction and makes it difficult to maintain a clean workflow. Nearly every third-party tool we’ve used has the same limitation, so I’m hoping to understand whether this is intentional or if there’s a roadmap toward making Deal-level logging possible.If anyone can shed light on these two items, I’d really appreciate it. I’m just trying to keep my team’s workflow

The Phone HUD feature work on some extensions, but not all. The only setting/ Phone/ General is on/off for HUD. I’ve toggled and restarted, but it still does not work.

Is it possible to retrieve voicemail transcription using python sdk?I am getting the following response from the message when calling the message-store API/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/{extension_id}/message-store'Then using the uri in the message, which I am hoping is the ascii transcription but unsure how to get it from the api response. What would be the correct way to retrieve the transcription from a voicemail using python SDK? 

I have an agent named Mike(RingCentral user) who receives calls from clients, and a supervisor named Jamal(Another ring central user) who listens to the calls silently.Right now, I am using this API:/telephony/sessions/{telephonySessionId}/superviseThis API allows the supervisor to listen to the call between the agent and the client, but it uses a mixed audio channel, so I cannot identify who is speaking.Now, I am trying to use the Call Party API:/telephony/sessions/{telephonySessionId}/parties/{partyId}/superviseThis API supports single-channel supervision, which should allow me to detect who is speaking.However, it requires an agentExtensionId for both the agent and the client.We have an extension ID for the agent it supervise the call for agent like it know that this is the agent, but the client does not have an extension ID.When I try to supervise the client party, the API returns a 409 Conflict error.How can I supervise both parties when the client does not have an extension ID?Pl
