I am looking to automate our post-call workflows and data storage. Could you please clarify if RingCentral supports the following capabilities either through a native integration, an API connector, or a middleware solution (like Workato or Tray.io)? Automated Call Transcript Storage: Can we automatically export and store text-based call transcripts directly into a designated Google Drive folder as soon as a call ends? Automated Analytics Reports: Can scheduled analytics reports or call logs be automatically pushed to a Google Drive folder? If these features are not natively supported, could you point me toward the specific API endpoints or webhooks our team would need to use to build this pipeline?Thank you,

After setting system up, can I change extension numbers to everyone?

It looks like, in the RingCentral Desktop app or the backend of RingCentral, if a past user has the same initials as a new user of the same extension, RingCentral doesn't update the extension with the new user's name until a search is done for the past user's name.User-A couldn’t find User-B in the RCDTapp, but a search for Past-User-B (whose recycled extension is now User-B’s) would come up and pretty quick AFTER Past-User-B RC info came up, it THEN updated to reflect current User-B!  All the backend settings and details for User-B was correct, it seemed like the local cache for User-A just would not update in-depth due to Past-User-B and User-B having the same initials!

Hello,I have a work flow that routes the call to an Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA).  After the IVA handles the call and disconnects (sends a BYE) the workflow is set up to route the call to a voice queue.  However, the call never queues.  If I remove “Connect_IVA” from the workflow, the call queues with no issues.  For troubleshooting, I set all three conditions (SUCCESS, FAILED, and DISCONNECTED) to the routing node, but the call still never queues if the IVA handles the call first.  Can someone please tell me what I’m going wrong?

Although I signed up online, the only way to cancel is by calling customer support.Since RingCentral is headquartered in California, could you clarify how this complies with California's Automatic Renewal Law, which generally requires an online cancellation method for eligible subscriptions that were entered into online?If California customers are provided with a different cancellation process, could you explain where that option is available?If not, is RingCentral planning to implement an online click-to-cancel option to comply with California's requirements?Having to call to cancel or change my subscription for simple VideoPro is frustrating, and leaves me not wanting to use this service, when I could subscribe to Zoom and cancel easily anytime online. .Net SDK (from NuGet)I am trying to get a list of all phones, somewhat similar to what is shown  on Phone System>>Phone Numbers>>All Numbers. The purpose is a simple lookup to be used with the from/to numbers in the call log.The columns i think i want are: Number, Name, Assigned to, Type, Primary, UsageTypeAssigned To seems to comes from Client.Restapi.Account.Extension.List(). I can create a dictionary, using id as the .key and .name as the value. Though the api lists .primary, the .net SDK does not return it.[On a side note, the Try it out returns only 2 records. The actual call does return them all.]Client.Restapi.V2.Accounts.PhoneNumbers.Get() has .callerIdName, .phoneNumber, .type, .usageType. It also has .extension.id which can be used to get the name from the dictionary. It does not have .label/.name, nor does it have .primary.Client.Restapi.Account.PhoneNumber.List, does have .label and .primary, however, it only returns the In Use numbers, and leaves out the ones i

We have discovered a peculiar problem that has begun occuring after upgrading our VDI environment to Horizon 2512. We have previously been using Horizon Clients 2503, and 2506 without any incident. However, since the upgrade to 2512 and when using RTAV for our audio devices (NOT THE RINGCENTRAL PROVIDED VDI PLUGINS), both RingEX and RingCX crash the VDI connection when calls are established, or the agent changes their status in CX. We have no problems with any other audio applications. And we also don’t have any issues for users using Windows or MacOS clients.To be clear, this issue definitely sounds like a problem with Omnissa’s Horizon Client 2512 for Linux. However, I can’t ignore the fact that this behavior only occurs when we are using RingCentral apps.I am looking to see if there are any other Horizon 2512 customers who are using the Linux client with their Ring Central environment?
