Hello! I am new to RingCentral and was hoping to get some help with this situation:I created a Subscription to receive webhook payloads for Ringsense call data.This is what my Subscription filter looks like: "/ai/ringsense/v1/public/accounts/~/domains/pbx/insights"I am successfully receiving webhook payloads, but what I'm struggling with is that sometimes I get one payload and other times I get two, for the same call.I talked with Phong about this, and he told me that you only get a second payload when calls are recorded. My company has turned on recording for ALL calls, so because of that I expect two payloads for EVERY one of our calls. But this is not what I'm seeing.Many of my webhooks never get that second payload. And I've verified in our admin reports that the recordings DO exist for these calls.I also ran into another situation where I DID get a second payload, but neither the first OR second had a Summary field! We have an issue that ring central is sending 200 OK signal right away  even when no one has answered the  call. It’s messing with our call center forwarding. Any idea why RC is sending that signal when the phone hasn't been answered yet. This issue exists  on the call queue and direct line calls.

Good afternoon! We signed up for RC and got ported over earlier this year around March. We’re now looking at getting Business SMS started for our company and I was looking for some clarification either from experts or people who’ve gone through the process already. Our goal is to integrate RC SMS with our HubSpot account to be able to text our customers appointment reminders/notifications and communicate via text. I’m currently working through the SMS application and have chosen Account Notifications, Customer Care, and Marketing as use cases for our first app. This would allow us to use automated messages to provide updates, confirm appointments, etc. via SMS. However, this prevents us from using the numbers for Conversations (external) for when we’d like to message our customer. For example to explain that a representative is running behind and the appointment will be delayed. I have users that want to hide their DID and not receive calls on it. When their DID is dialed at any time, phone calls should always route to the main site phone number. But when I setup a custom rule with unconditional forwarding, or setup call forwarding in the user settings, I get an error that says, "Forwarding phone number cannot be the same as your account number or any additional numbers." How do I do an Unconditional Forward from one extension to another phone number on the same RC account?

Hi Everyone,I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced frequent reauthentication issues with RingCentral (RC) when integrated with Loxo?This has been a recurring issue for us for several months now, and while it seems isolated, it’s been disruptive. We’ve been in touch with Loxo support, but since Loxo and RingCentral don’t have an official integration partnership, the troubleshooting has been somewhat circular without much progress.We’re trying to determine if this could be caused by conflicting or multiple integrations. For context: We use RingCentral for calling and voicemail transcription. We also run Quil.AI inside our CRM (Loxo), which may potentially interact with RC's call logs or data layers. Has anyone dealt with something similar? I setup an API in ringcentral dev that I’m using in a Microsoft Azure Automation runbook to execute an offboarding for a user I specify.  The first step we must complete is toggling the switch off for the MS Teams connection on the user I’ve specified in my automation.  How would I set this up?   I’m using powershell 7.2 for my API call. I’ve got my powershell script executing properly and disabling the user account, but it will not allow me to disconnect MS Teams connection which is what I need done first.  

I'm using Zapier to automate a couple of small things inside RingCentral - the output of the automation is that Zapier uses the native RingCentral integration it has to post a message to the channel.It all works well - one hangs up I have though is that I don't seem to be able to delete messages that the integration posts despite being the team admin.Can I ask if I'm supposed to be able to delete them, or if this is a limitation of the way they interact with Apps inside the service?

Hi, I'm doing a nodejs app, that creates a subscription. Once the subscription is set, I make a call and I start receiving multiple calls with code: "Setup". ¿Is this correct? Do you know what these code status means (Setup code is that the client is calling?)Thanks

I’ve been trying out the RingCentral Supervision Demo, and I’m not quite able to get it to work. When the app gets to submitting the supervision request and calling /restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions/${inputParams.telSessionId}/parties/${inputParams.partyId}/supervise, it’s not able to work due to a 403 Forbidden error.The supervisor device is a softphone that is an “Existing Phone” device set up manually using SIP. Its status is always offline on the admin panel, no matter whether I’m running the app or not. Is there a way to turn the softphone on?

Like in the title. We are sending faxes using API.We want to send just the uploaded file, without any cover page. How to accomplish that? I set cover page to ‘Blank’ in user’s fax outbound settings, but there is still an additional page added to the fax. It is blank, but it’s there.How can I get rid of this page being added?

Hello.Where can I find a more detailed documentation describing all of the fax statuses, what is their meaning? Most importantly, I would like to know which ones are the ‘final’ ones, i.e. they will not change in the future.I haven’t found it in the docs. I searched API reference (there was a list of statuses, but no description), developers guide and few articles on support page, but they looked outdated.  Second question - for how long does RingCentral store sent faxes until they expire? Is there some timeout set? I mean for example when the fax is sent successfully, but not delivered yet, because, for example, the recipient’s number is not available. For how long such fax will wait for delivered/received status?  How long we should wait to get a notification about its status change?

Hi folks!We were sharing one default phone number with all of our customers to give an experience of our product but while sending more than INVITE SIP message using SoftPhone TS (https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-softphone-ts) to make an outbound call to multiple phone numbers, we’re receiving OK response for only 5 of them, not receiving anything at all for other requests.Is it something we can fix or is it RingCentral system limitation ?

Hi,I saw in this thread that there’s no account-wide SMS notification event. I set up my event filters as per the thread - thanks ​@PhongVu for that! But you mentioned that you need to login with SuperAdmin credentials. I think I’m running into an error that relates to that.I had my boss help me setup the application, since he’s logged in under the Owner account with SuperAdmin permissions. I had him check off every single scope that didn’t require approval, so I’m almost certain that ‘ReadMessages’ was included in the scopes, but I messaged him to help me verify.I used the client ID & secret from the application he set up, and then also switched the JWT to the owner account too. I saw when I switched the JWT from mine to the Account Owner’s that the ‘owner_id’ returned by RC during my auth flow switched over to his user ID as well.So it feels to me like everything should be good? I thought about trying the 3-legged OAuth flow instead but I don’t really think that’s the issue, so I

Hi folks!In RingCentral SoftPhone TS: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-softphone-tsI see we can transfer audio on Opus and PCMU, but is it also possible to transfer audio on raw PCM ?I know transferring decompressed audio would be efficient but I’m having to pass the audio to another service in raw PCM and also receiving audio in raw PCM from there, and in the middle I’m having to decode/encode the audio which is causing to high CPU usage, so I was looking if it’s possible to transfer audio in just raw PCM with RingCentral SoftPhone TS as well so I wouldn’t have to decode/encode the audio. Also in SoftPhone TS, I noticed TLS connection for transferring SIP messages is getting closed immediately after 2mins of connection established, so when call continuous more than 2 minutes, we’re not receiving any messages from TLS at all, especially when callee ends to call, we’re not receiving “BYE” message which is causing to have our call active forever, is there any possibility to mak
