'Platform ID Doesn't exist!' API token error?

I was given the platform ID from our rep/onboarding team. They don't respond to questions. I'm getting an error that says that the platform ID doesn't exist. Can anyone help? Do I need an admin account? Where can I find the platform ID for our Engage voice application?

You should submit a dev support ticket for this.

I reached out to them, I was provided the incorrect platform id initially.
