Can Ring Central recordings be enabled for 2 channel audio (where the 2 sides of a call are on isolated channels L/R or otherwise?)
Also, can the sampling rate be improved to a higher rate than 8000hz?
We are trying to determine if we can support a solution that currently uses 2 channel recordings @22,050hz from Twilio with a RingCentral recording or if the solution will have to stay on Twilio.
