500 Errors - is this an issue on RingCentral's side?

After this past weekend, I have started receiving a lot of 500 errors from RingCentral with no code change.

Is it possible to know if this is truly an issue on your side?

And would it be possible to get a status.ringcentral.com type page that would let people know if the API was up or not?

Hi Lowery,

We tested the API out on our end and its completely working fine on Sandbox and Production environment. Could you please provide more info on which APIs are getting you a 500 error?

As of this weekend we are getting 500 errors for this calls that we make

response = RestClient.get 'https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/message-store?messageType=Fax&am...',{:Authorization => bearer,:Accept => 'application/json'}
then we are seeing this in our logs. RestClient::InternalServerError (500 Internal Server Error): our last code change was last week and these types of calls run several times per minute for many lines. we are not seeing a constancy with the lines so were wondering if it was on your end that maybe one of the end points was having an issue.

Thanks Lowery!

There were some inconsistency on our server but it is resolved now.

Whenever this kind of server-related issue occurs from the RingCentral platform side, you can always raise a support ticket or send the developer support team an email to investigate and come to action.
