When attempting to call https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v2/accounts/~/licenses in Postman, I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error with no additional error detail

I guess that it's not supported in sandbox. Let me check with the team.

Meanwhile, if you need to bypass the test on your sandbox to graduate the app to the production, submit a dev support ticket with that error reason.
