An important metric monitored by my customers' is the 'number of abandons' per day. Is there a way to view the "total number of abandons" or "the abandon %" for a skill on the DASHBOARD?


the SLA widget factors abandons AND calls not handled in a specific time frame. I'm looking for ONLY the abandon number of %.

Can you give more details of the problem? The DASHBOARD of what service? Is this RingCentral production service or the sandbox environment or something else?
