I have been trying to "apply for production" for the last few days but keep getting an error saying "Sorry the service is temporarily unavailable". I have tried to submit from a different browser as well.

I have opened a case (19854167) for which I got no reply!

Have you tried again today? Have you been contacted via the support team?


Looks like the format of icon submitted was the culprit. I converted the icon from jpg to png and it was accepted. They should really provide the real reason why the submission gets refused. Lost almost a week because of that. All that time, I was thinking the submission service was the error.
