I am not a developer, and it appears the only way to get audit history for text messaging is to use the API. Anyone have advice for how a rookie may accomplish this? We are in a highly regulated industry and sometimes need to pull audit logs for litigation.

Check if this app is available for your RingCentral account plan. If not, you can run this app (you need to login the app with a super admin user) periodically to export your account message store and download the files.
