Hey, I have noticed a problem with the last couple of updates, the ability to text from our main company number is gone and we can only text from our direct lines. This is fine when we need to text in house but when we are reaching out to our customers, we need this functionality. Is this something that will be fixed soon?

We cannot send SMS from the Main Company number IF it is a toll-free number. If you previously had this functionality and is not working now. We might need to look at your account and the numbers on it.

Could you provide more details about the Main Company number? Kindly open a case with the necessary details by emailing the developer support team or by submitting a support ticket. We will take a look at it.
