Hi, I've been advised we need to use a different version of ring central due to our current solution going end of life. Could call notification be setup in the same way as the previous software?


We work using remote desktops and having the call window popup and being able to answer it while in your remote session would be really helpful.

Are you talking about RC Softphone and RC Desktop App (RC APP ) ?


For listening to the call notifications you can setup Subscriptions to the call session notification or presence events . Please read this doc:
