I have a general question.

If someone has multiple RC accounts, is there any way to link them all together? Do we need to raise a support ticket for that?

I guess, linking accounts for RingCentral can be done only in production.

You can follow up with RingCentral's back-end developer support team and request them to merge by submitting a help ticket.

You can add multiple users to the same developer sandbox account you want.
