Can not call back a number from the app just calls the office

When I try to call back someone from the app it will only call my office main number?

Which API are you using to make a call ?

For /ring-out api , you could specify both from and to numbers. If you set the playprompt flag as true, you will get the first leg of the call to from number and then it calls to number.
