Can't apply for production

Hi, I have been trying to apply our app for production but it keeps showing error message:

The app client id is w3k92V2NTmaQ3fx5Y7qcvg

Please resolve asap as we don't want to spend more time meeting the conditions required after the 48 hours lapses.

I have tried contacting support through the other portal but I was not abler to log in.

Is your app supposed to be a "Public" app? Did you retry to submit?
