We have a service that pulls the RingCentral records from the API; for some reason when trying to get certain recordings the API returns an CMN-102 error (recording not found) to combat this while this issue is resolved (see https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev/topics/restapi-v1-0-account-recording-5719727740... )
We would turn to the admin portal to manually download the recording but when trying to manually do this the message 'Cannot open message.' is shown; this leaves us unable to get the recording.

This is a big problem as we need to store every recording that we make reliably.
Any ideas?
