Hello!

I'm trying to login to my Sandbox account via https://login.devtest.ringcentral.com/. But it is not reachable.

Is https://login.devtest.ringcentral.com/ down or I'm using wrong url?

Yes, the sandbox environment has been down for several days. The team is still working on it.
